Bachelorette alum Katie Thurston has opened up about the challenges of living with stage 4 breast cancer, including hair loss, memory difficulties, and ongoing treatment decisions.

Katie Thurston revealed in February 2025 that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. By March, she confirmed that the cancer had metastasized to her liver, making it stage 4.
